Introduction

The tour aims to let the young Australians take part in the transformation of slum communities by building houses for the poor in the GK Australian Village in GK Gerehu Stage 6, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

Throughout the two-week "Great Adventure" which will be held around September 2010, the participants will build and finish a home for a family, interact with the locals and learn about the GK programs of Education, Livelihood, Health, Community Empowerment and Shelter.

Dates and Itinerary

GK YGAT PNG will run from 11 September to 26 September 2010.

The proposed itinerary is yet to be determined.

Registration Fees

Registration fee covers all food, transport and accommodation for the 2 weeks.

These fees are subject to change due to currency exchange rates. -->

**Registration costs do not include the airfare. Airfare from Australia to PNG is additional to the registration fee.
