This year's first breakfast forum was held on Saturday, 20th June at St. Patrick's Parish Hall, Parramatta. The GKYGAT team was amped up and ready to take on the challenge and tell all who came about GKYGAT to both locations.

Joekarl Diaz and Kris Alegrid from GK Youth Sydney went on their own great adventure as they travelled around GK Cambodia. At present, Cambodia has 2 GK villages. Over 60,000 people converged last Sunday, August 12, to participate in this years City 2 Surf, all ready and willing to run the 14km marathon from the centre of Sydney city to Bondi Beach. Bianca Lucas (Miss GK NSW) was crowned Miss GK Australia 2007 in a well-attended celebration held in Melbourne, Victoria. In spite of the heavy rain that occurred last Saturday, 16th June 2007, eager dancers still showed their full support for Gawad Kalinga by attending the Spins & Turns event.
