On Monday 13th of April, nine Australian delegates set out on a great adventure that is on a whole other level: Bayani Challenge. Never before has an Australian team been formed to participate on what is a week long build where a team is to build one house from the ground up.
Having run previous Great Adventure Tours (GATs) to Philippines and Papua New Guinea, GK Youth Australia chose to join in on what was to be the challenge of a lifetime. This year is with no exception, given that the main location for this year's Bayani Challenge was to be in Panglima Estino, Sulu.
If that was not enough of an adventure, seven of the nine from the Bayani Challenge went on to Cambodia from the 19th April to 2nd May for a GAT to the GK Rafaella Village to help build a school for the village.
