Thank you for making GK1Day a success By Chino Gange Date Posted: November 01, 2007 A big thank you to everyone for an amazing GK ONE DAY!!! Despite the heat and the very long day, everyone worked tirelessly so that the day would be a great success for GK. A special mention to those GK Youth (including GKom) who came especially early to set up... (you know who you are) and all the One-day committee members who organised the whole event. You guys were awesome. To all the stall holders and volunteers on the day, YFC, SFC, El Shaddai youth, St Aidans, GKYGAT08, The Victorino family, Marion and Lalaih, Angelo, you showed what it means to be true heroes. Thank you for contributions and hard work. To all the volunteers, advocates and visitors on the day... it would not have been the same without all of you. It didn't finish there...Rock4GK rocked too!! Well done to Peter Yu and the Rock4GK crew. For now, we have some time to rest and regather... but the work continues... let us not tire and fail, but keep the fire burning. Let us continue to live the GK way, More for others, less for self, enough for all.
